I have been painting since 1998 when I began studying under Walt Bartman at the Yellow Barn Studio at Glen Echo. I have taken several classes at The Art League of Alexandria. I am a plein air painter who paints from life. My work, executed in oil, encompasses figure, still life and landscape. I have recently added gouache to the mediums that I paint in. I have exhibited several times at Art at the Mill which I consider a wonderful venue for local artists.
