Linda Cahill

Lindi Cahill was a fine arts major for a year as an undergraduate fifty years ago and had been thinking about painting again ever since. She picked up where she left off, painting oils on Canvas, in 2022.  Dutch realism is her favorite period and style, a result of her study under Michael T. Davis of Shepherdstown. She had been diverted from the fine arts to another type of art in the interim: the art and science of working and teaching in the field of information technology. Lindi moved to West Virginia in 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, to escape the even more unpredictable environment of South Florida. She lives with the loves of her life--her husband and dogs--in an 18th-century house full of that century's spirit of freedom, and she teaches IT classes long distance in a graduate program at Barry University in Miami, Florida.
