Ramziya Shakirova is an artist residing in Virginia, US. She works primarily in oils across a range of styles, including expressive realism, contemporary impressionism and abstraction.
Her creative process is deeply rooted in observation and emotional response, and in exploring the relationships between setting, light and feeling.Painting en plein air connects her directly with the environment, inspiring her to capture the unique beauty and energy of the local scenes. Her abstract works arise from intuition, memory, and internal rhythm, offering a different channel for emotional expression.Through her art, Ramziya seeks to create moments of reflection and connection—translating the beauty of the world as she experiences it and sharing it with others. Nature remains a constant source of inspiration, fueling her passion to express what words cannot fully convey.
