Lillian Poppo-Mason

Lillian Poppo Mason is an artist specializing in the realist approach and enjoys painting portraiture, still life and En Plein Air. She has been involved in the Arts from an early age. She spent many years working as an illustrator for MWR in Germany creating covers and artwork for military marketing and advertising. She is a member of The Art League in Alexandria Va, Oil Painters of America and The Portrait Society of America. Lillian has continued her education taking workshops from prominent artists such as Dan Thompson, Danni Dawson and Daniel Gerhartz to name a few. Lillian is also a copyist at the National Gallery of Art in Washington DC where she has been studying the master works of Frans Hals and John Singer Sargent.
